Size up your gown and listen to your bridal salon — if they recommend going a size up, do it. All gowns need alterations, and taking a dress in is easy; letting one out has limits. A rule of thumb: one size up if you'll be 3–5 months pregnant on the day, two if it'll be closer to 6.
