Because our DJ, photographer, and videographer work for the same company, they operate as a unified team. The DJ won't drop the bass for the cake cutting until the photographer is perfectly positioned, and the viedographer knows exactly how to work alongside the photographer without ruining their shots.

What happens if our assigned DJ or photographer has an emergency on the day of the wedding?

Unexpected events happen. Unlike a solo independent vendor who might leave a couple stranded if they get sick, a larger production company has a deep roster of trained talent and backup personnel ready to step in with full access to the couple's event planning profile.

How much input do we have over our music playlists or photography style?

You have complete control via an online planning tool. You can specify "must-play" and "do-not-play" lists, share photo inspiration boards, and details of your timeline so the final vibe matches your exact vision.

When should we secure our main wedding vendors?

Entertainment, photography, and venues typically book out 12 to 18 months in advance, especially for prime Saturday dates in the spring and fall.

How long do we actually need our photographer and videographer on-site?

An 8-hour package is usually the sweet spot for covering the end of getting-ready details, the ceremony, family portraits, and the main events of the reception. If you would like extensive morning prep or a grand sparkler exit late at night, a 10-hour package is safer.

How do we keep our guests on the dance floor all night?

What is a "Day-of Coordinator and do we really need one if our venue has a coordinator?

What happens if our ceremony and reception are in two different locations? Does setup time count against our hours?
