Reviews of your business
How couples review your business, how reviews are approved, and how to dispute one.
Reviews are written by your customers on your public profile page. Each review rates five things — overall quality, responsiveness, professionalism, value and flexibility — and includes written feedback.
Get reviews
Send your customers the link to your profile: they click Add review, no account needed. As the owner you can’t review your own business.
How a review is published
The reviewer confirms their review by e-mail, then a moderator approves it before it appears on your profile. Reviewers can post anonymously.
Dispute a review
In your profile editor, below a review you disagree with, click dispute this. In Dispute Review explain why and send the request. A moderator checks it; the review may be changed or removed.
