Cancel your subscription
Stop your business subscription — what happens to your profiles and how to come back.
Step by step
Step 1Open the cancellation
On your business page, under Billing information, click Cancel subscription.
Step 2Confirm
Click Cancel subscription and remove membership and confirm. You get an e-mail that the subscription is cancelled.
What happens next
- Your business profiles disappear from search at once.
- The subscription stops at once, without a credit for the rest of the month.
- The profiles aren’t deleted: you can reactivate them with Renew membership, or delete them yourself with Delete this business.
