Do I need an account?
You can plan without signing up. Here is when an account helps and how your projects are saved.
No. You can create a project and use every planning tool without signing up. Without an account, the site remembers your projects in the browser you used.
Why sign in
- Your projects are saved to your account, so you find them in My Projects on any device and in any browser.
- Clearing the browser’s data or switching to another browser no longer hides your projects.
- You can get e-mails about activity in your projects, such as new RSVP replies.
- Some actions need an account — for example Reset access IDs, which cuts off everyone who has the project’s link.
Save the projects you already have
- Open the site in the browser where you created your projects.
- Click Register (or Login if you already have an account) at the top of the page.
- Sign up with your e-mail, or continue with Google, Facebook, Apple or a magic link sent to your e-mail.
- After you sign in, the site says “Synchronization is complete!” — the projects from this browser are now in your account.
Anyone who has a project’s link can open it, with or without an account. Keep full-access links private.
Troubleshooting
- My project is gone from My Projects.
- If you used it without an account, open the site in the same browser — or open the project’s link — and sign in so it is saved. If someone deleted the project, it is gone for everyone.
