Export the itinerary
Download the schedule as a PDF for the wedding party or an Excel file for your vendors.
Under the itinerary, click Download PDF file or Download XLS file — a printed schedule for the wedding party, a spreadsheet for your vendors. The buttons appear once the itinerary has events; exporting is free.
Everyone you share the project with sees the itinerary live, so there is no need to send a new file after every change.
