What is free and what Premium adds

You can plan your whole wedding for free. Premium is an optional, one-time payment for one project — not a subscription. It mainly unlocks the print files of the seating chart and the stationery, and removes the limits of the free seating chart.

Free for every project

• The guest list, including the import from Excel, CSV or a photo, and its PDF and Excel export.
• RSVPs, the wedding website and personal invitation links with QR codes.
• The checklist, the budget, the event itinerary, venues, vendors, custom vendors and notes, with their PDF and Excel exports.
• The seating chart editor with up to 5 tables per chart and, on a reception chart, 3 rows of chairs; automatic seating within those tables; one reception chart and one ceremony chart.
• Designing place cards, table numbers, menus, signs and the other stationery (one of each kind).
• The post-wedding photo album with up to 30 photos.

What Premium adds

• Print-ready PDF files of the seating chart and of all the stationery — without the “Draft” watermark that free previews get once 10 or more guests are seated.
• Unlimited tables, rows of chairs and charts, and copies of charts and stationery.
• 5 AI credits for an illustrated poster of your seating chart.
• Advanced website features: other templates, more websites (for example one per language), your own domain, password protection, music, the seating chart on the website, and sections and RSVP questions shown only to selected guests.
• Up to 1,000 photos in the post-wedding album.

How it is paid

Once, for one project. Premium stays with that project; it is not carried over to your other projects or to copies of it. See Buy Premium.

Premium never takes anything away: everything you made on the free plan stays editable.
