Continuous seat numbering
Number the seats of several tables in a row, so table B continues where table A ends.
Each table numbers its seats from 1. To number several tables as one run — table A seats 1–8, table B 9–16 — put them in a group.
Step by step
Step 1Open the numbering
Click an empty spot of the chart, then Continuous numbering in Layout settings.
Step 2Add a group
Click Add group and type its name, for example “Main hall”.
Step 3Add the tables in order
Pick the tables one by one in Add a table... (each shows how many seats it has). The window shows which seat numbers each table gets, and the chart changes at once. Drag the tables to change the order; the cross takes a table out.

Tips and important notes
- A table can be in only one group. Tables outside any group keep their own numbering from 1.
- You can have several groups — for example one per room.
- The new numbers appear everywhere: on the chart, in the PDF and on the website.
- The bin next to a group’s name deletes the group; its tables number from 1 again.
