Hi, I’m Meire — a Wedding and Special Events Concierge based in Boston.

With more than 30 years of experience living and working in this city, I’ve built my career around creating seamless, memorable experiences for others. Over the years, I’ve worked with some of Boston’s most respected restaurants and event venues, planning and executing celebrations of every kind.

Event planning has always been more than a profession for me — it’s a passion. I love bringing order, creativity, and calm to the beautiful chaos that comes with planning life’s most meaningful moments. Having worked in fast-paced, high-demand environments, I understand the complexity of managing events from start to finish and the importance of every detail.

My goal is to offer a personalized, boutique approach — delivering top-notch service with a personal touch. 2. How is this different from a wedding planner?

A wedding planner often manages every step of the planning process, including in-person setup and on-site coordination. As a concierge, I focus on the virtual side of planning — organizing communication, creating schedules, managing details, and ensuring everything is ready for your big day.

3. Do you only work with weddings?

Not at all! While I love helping couples plan their weddings, I also support milestone celebrations, corporate events, private dinners, and other special occasions. My goal is to make every event feel seamless and personalized.

4. Do you offer in-person services?

My services are primarily virtual, but I occasionally take on in-person projects for existing clients or Boston-based events when requested. Most of my clients appreciate the flexibility and convenience of working together remotely.

I assist with vendor communication, budgeting, guest list and RSVP management, hotel coordination, timeline creation, and design elements like menus, signage, and seating charts. I also help plan guest experiences, such as welcome gifts or weekend itineraries.

It’s never too early to start! Most clients contact me between six months and a year before their event, but I also take on shorter timelines when availability allows. The sooner we start, the easier it is to stay organized and stress-free.

Absolutely. Every client and celebration is unique. I tailor my services to fit your specific goals, whether that’s managing vendor communication, creating detailed timelines, or assisting with design and guest experience.
