Which subdomain can I use, and how far does the branding go?
Any subdomain of your domain — weddings.your-site.com, tools.your-site.com, whatever you prefer. Your logo appears on the platform pages and in email templates, linked back to your homepage. The platform’s design itself can’t be altered, and source code access isn’t provided.
Can the vendor directory be hidden?
No — the global vendor directory is an integral part of the integration and stays inside wedding projects. As part of the integration we add your businesses and your trusted vendors to the directory free of charge, making them visible in the global catalog too; you can also attach suppliers to any project as free Custom vendors.
Do my clients see each other’s wedding projects?
Never. Each project is isolated and accessible only to its creator and the people it’s explicitly shared with via link. On request, we can also restrict project creation so that only your account can start new weddings and share them with clients.
How do email notifications work?
All emails are sent from the @planning.wedding domain — we can’t send from yours — with near-100% deliverability and spam protection. Your logo appears in every template and all links lead to your integration. You also get an email notification whenever someone creates a new account in your integration.
Do updates cost extra? What about the source code?
Updates, hotfixes and new features ship to all integrations together with the main platform at no extra cost. Source code and back-end access aren’t available, and the tools can’t be embedded into marketplaces or platforms that resell software.
What does it cost, and how does the trial work?
A flat $120 per month, everything included. The first 14 days are a free trial, during which our team sets up the integration on your subdomain and walks it through with you until you’re completely happy.
