Billing, cards and invoices
Change your card, see upcoming and past invoices, add your company details — and what happens with refunds and failed payments.
Billing information on your business page shows your active licences, the amount due, your card, the trial end or the next payment date.
Your card
Click Set billing card. In Your Cards you can Add new card, choose the Default card or delete a card. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details.
Invoices
- Upcoming invoice — what the next charge will include.
- Billing history — every past invoice, with Download PDF.
- Add tax information — add your company’s name and tax number to your profile; all future invoices include them.
Refunds
We don’t refund payments. If you remove a licence during your billing period, the unused part is credited and taken off your next charge. Cancelling the subscription stops it at once, without a credit for the rest of the month.
A payment fails
If a payment fails — for example, your card expired — Stripe tries again and lets you know by e-mail. Update your card under Set billing card so your profiles stay listed.
Tips and important notes
- Adding or removing licences: Licences for several profiles.
- Stopping the subscription: Cancel your subscription.
