Ideally, not and we hope that by the time we have coached you through the weeks ahead and provided some solid timelines, you will feel confident in what we have laid out for you. Your venue coordinator is the best person to address your needs on the day. We can guide you through the entire day but once you arrive at the venue, you will be in good hands. If, however, you do prefer some onsite support, we will make that happen (please note that extra costs are included for onsite management),

Our industry is never just 9-5. After hours is fine if that suits you better.
