Remove guests
Delete one guest, or clear the whole list and start again.
Remove one guest
Click the bin next to the guest in the list, or Remove this guest at the bottom of their profile, and confirm. The guest also leaves their seat on every seating chart.
Remove all guests
Open Settings → Remove all guests above the guest list and confirm. The bride and the groom stay; your families, main courses and custom fields stay too.
Tips and important notes
- Removing can’t be undone. Download the list first if you might need it — see Export your guest list to PDF or Excel.
- Want to replace the list with a new file? The import can do it in one go — see Import your guest list from Excel, CSV or a photo.
- Staff are removed separately, in Settings → Staff.
