Who sees a question, who answers it, and when it appears
Show a question to selected guests only, ask it once or for every person, or only after a certain answer.
The bar under every question of the RSVP form has three separate settings. If a question doesn’t show up as you expect, check all three.
Who can see it
Click Visible for everyone on the bar. In Who can see this question? choose Everyone or Selected guests only and tick the guests. Those guests see the question only when they open the website with their personal link. Showing a question to selected guests only needs Premium.
Who answers it
The Who should answer this question? icon decides who the question is asked for when one guest replies for a family or with a plus-one: Everyone (each person), Primary guest only (only the person filling in the form) or Family members and plus-ones only. With Primary guest only, Use the same answer for everyone in the group copies the answer to everyone in the group.

When it appears
The branch icon opens When should this question appear?. Click Add condition, choose the question it depends on, then Show this question when… or Hide this question when… and the answer. For a text question, the condition is met as soon as the guest types something. With several conditions, any one of them is enough.

The other icons
- The circle switches between one answer and several answers.
- The asterisk makes the question required — it must be answered whenever it is shown.
- The bin deletes the question after you confirm.
Tips and important notes
- Put the questions that others depend on higher in the form.
- To show a whole section of the website to selected guests, use the section’s own settings — see Extra events.
- A condition without an answer chosen keeps the question hidden from everyone.
- Check with the personal links of an invited guest, a guest who isn’t invited, and a family.
