Alphabetical guest list poster

A poster with every seated guest from A to Z and their table — or grouped by table.

Alphabetical Guest Atlas is a large poster that lists your seated guests from A to Z with their table number, so guests can find their name quickly. It is made from the reception chart.

Step by step

  1. Step 1Open the poster

    In Seating Chart & Supplies choose Alphabetical Guest Atlas under the reception chart and click Click here to edit layout.

  2. Step 2Choose the orientation

    With nothing selected, the panel shows the paper (A1 Paper) and the Orientation — landscape or portrait.

  3. Step 3Set up the list

    Click the list on the poster. In the Guest list panel:

    • Display mode — Alphabetical or By table;
    • Group by — the letter of the last name or of the first name;
    • Name format and Sort within group;
    • the fonts and sizes of the letters and the names, Auto columns, Underline names and the spacing.
    The guest list poster: Please find your seat!, the guests grouped under the letters B, M and W with their table numbers, and the Guest list settings
  4. Step 4Edit the heading

    The poster starts with a heading, a date line and a names line. Click a text to change it, or double-click it to type on the poster. Add element adds another text.

  5. Step 5Download

    File → Download PDF file (Premium).

Tips and important notes

  • The list shows guests seated at tables, with the table’s number or name from the chart. The couple themselves are not listed.
  • Until someone is seated, the editor shows an example list.
  • Seat your guests first: Seat your guests.
