The hours listed in our catalogue is actual "Service Hour", is also the hours we suggest you to put in your invite. For example, our dinner reception is 5pm - 9pm <== this is the service hour. The host can come as early as 1.5hr before the service hour (subject to that we have no prior event booking) but the venue will only ready at 5pm. For staying longer, after 9pm, the catering service will end and caterer will start packing. If you wish them to stay behind and prolong the service, then we charge $9800 an hour. If you don't need their service, then you can stay behind until 1030pm without any charge. (note: after 9pm, the vendors will start packing and may cause a bit nuisance)
