Create a Wedding Seating Arrangement (Video)

Nine seconds is all this Short needs to show the seating arrangement editor doing its job. Tables land on the plan, guests take their places, and the arrangement comes together at speed — a blink-and-rewatch demonstration rather than a lesson. What it captures is the editor itself: the browser-based workspace where the arrangement behind a matching stationery suite is made.

What you'll see in this quick demo

  • The seating arrangement editor open and working directly in the browser
  • Tables and guests dropping into place within a few seconds
  • A finished arrangement — the starting point for a matching suite

One arrangement, a whole matching set

A stationery suite is judged on consistency: place cards that echo the menus, table numbers that match the escort cards, programs and seating signs cut from the same cloth. Getting there by hand means retyping the same names and numbers across six documents. Generating the whole set from one project removes that busywork — every piece pulls from the identical guest list and table layout, so the suite matches by construction, not by careful copying.

The free planner makes that the default. Import guests, note meals, allergies and anything unusual, and arrange the room in the editor you glimpsed above; when it is time for paper, print and export each piece of the suite from the very same project. Change a table number once and every card that mentions it stays in sync with the plan. Details and examples live on the wedding stationery suite page.
