Can I import the existing guest list from the file?
Yes, sure! Whether you have the guest list in the Excel XLS file or CSV, you can use the importing tool. The algorithms of the Wedding Planning Assistant, while the importing, will recognize duplicates automatically, and then the merging options will be suggested. So, you don't have to re-do your guest list from scratch.
Can I export the guest list into a printable format?
The Wedding Planning Assistant supports two popular formats for downloading — Excel XLS (same as Google spreadsheet) and PDF file (Letter & A4).
I'm going to keep track of these RSVPs. Can the Guest List Manager tool do this?
All RSVPs responses that coming from your Wedding Website will be attacher automatically to your Wedding Project. And then you have options to approve or decline this RSVP requests. Also, you can manage RSVP manually for each guest.
