Checklist templates and languages
Replace the checklist with one in another language, or save your own as a template for other projects.
The standard checklist exists in many languages and traditions, and a planner can save their own checklist as a template and reuse it in every new project.
Step by step
Step 1Open the settings
Click Settings on the checklist page.
Step 2Switch to another language
Under Choose template:, click a language. The current checklist is replaced with that language’s tasks.
Step 3Save your own template
Click Export template to download the checklist as a file. In another project, open the same settings and click Import template to load it.
Tips and important notes
- Reset all tasks clears the checklist.
- Choosing a template or importing one replaces the tasks of this checklist — add another checklist first if you want to keep the current one.
