RSVP e-mail notifications
Get an e-mail when guests reply, and let other organizers get it too.
When a guest replies on your website, everyone who plans the project gets an e-mail with a link to the guest list.
Who gets the e-mail
Everyone who has the project in their account, with a confirmed e-mail address and Activity on your Wedding projects switched on in their profile. Without an account there is no e-mail — see Sign up and sign in.
When it arrives
The first reply is sent at once. Replies that come in during the next two hours are collected and sent together, in one e-mail each hour.
Switch it on or off
Click your picture at the top of the page, open your profile and use Activity on your Wedding projects under Email Notifications — see Your profile and e-mail notifications.
Another organizer
Share the project with them (see Share your project). They open it with their own account, confirm their e-mail and keep the switch on. Each person controls their own e-mails.
Tips and important notes
- The e-mail is only a heads-up: every reply is waiting in the Guest List even if no e-mail came — see Review RSVP responses.
- A number next to Guest List in the menu shows how many replies are waiting.
