QR codes for printed invitations
Download a personal QR code for each guest, or one QR code for everyone, ready to print.
A QR code on a printed invitation opens your wedding website. A personal code also tells the website who the guest is, so their name is already filled in on the RSVP form.
Step by step
Step 1Open the QR codes
Open Website, click Invitation links and then Download QR codes.

Step 2Personal codes for every guest
Fill in your guest list first. Pick a colour with Choose color and click Download personalized invitation QR codes (PDF): you get a PDF with a code for each guest. For a family, one code per envelope is enough — whoever scans it can answer for everyone in the family.
Step 3Or one code for everyone
The second option is a single code that opens the Common invitation link. You don’t need a guest list for it: guests type their name on the form. Download it with Download PDF file or Download SVG image.
Tips and important notes
- If the RSVP form is only for guests with a personal link (see RSVP deadline and who can answer), use the personal codes — the common one won’t show the form.
- Need the code of one guest? In the list of personal links, click Send invite link next to the guest and choose Download QR-code SVG.
- Choose your website’s final address before you print — the codes lead to it. Scan a printed sample before printing them all.
- The website and its QR codes stay online for at least a year after the wedding date, so set the date in your project.
- QR codes and invitation links are free.
