Show your seating chart on the website
Let guests find their table on your wedding website, with a search by name.
The Seating Chart section shows one of your seating charts on the website, so guests can find their table before they arrive. It is visible on the published website with Premium.
Step by step
Step 1Add the section
Click + between two sections (or Add widget) and choose Seating Chart.
Step 2Choose the chart
Open the section’s settings with the gear and pick the chart under Choose seating chart to display — the reception or the ceremony.
Step 3Set it up
- Display guest name search field — with more than 10 seated guests, a search box appears above the chart; the guest’s seat lights up when they type their name.
- Full width on the page and White background — how the chart sits on the page.
- A heading and a paragraph above the chart.
Tips and important notes
- A guest who opens the website with their personal invitation link sees their seat highlighted straight away.
- You can add the section twice — for example the ceremony and the reception.
- The chart updates by itself when you move guests — see Seat your guests.
