Table numbers

Make a card for every table of your seating chart, with a heading and your hashtag.

Table Numbers makes one card for every table with seats on your reception chart. The big text in the middle is the table’s name in the chart — a number or a name like “Bride & Groom”.

Step by step

  1. Step 1Open the table numbers

In Seating Chart & Supplies choose Table Numbers under the reception chart and click Click here to edit layout.

The table number editor: the card of the Bride & Groom table with the heading Table and #hashtag, and the settings on the right
  2. Step 2Choose the shape

At the top of the panel choose Standard (square), Wide or Tall.

  3. Step 3Write the heading and your hashtag

The first field is the Additional heading above the table — for example “Table”. The second is the #hashtag line at the bottom. Each has its own font.

  4. Step 4Round the corners

Rounded corners sets how round the corners are, from square to fully rounded. The style applies to every card.

  5. Step 5Check and download

The arrows page through the tables. File → Preview Result shows the card large; File → Download PDF file downloads all the cards (Premium).

Tips and important notes

  • To change what a card says in the middle, rename the table in the seating chart editor (select the table) — see The seating chart editor.
  • Rows of chairs don’t get a table number card.
  • Adding, renaming and deleting stationery: Stationery from your seating chart.
