Reset the project’s links
Cut off everyone who has the project’s links and get new ones.
There is no list of invited people to remove one by one: access is the link itself. To cut everyone off, replace the links.
Before you start
- Sign in to your account and open the project with its full-access link.
- Most of these actions are protected: first switch on Activate accessibility mode in the Accessibility box of Settings — the buttons below it become active.
- Click Reset access IDs and confirm.
- The project gets new full-access and view-only links; the old ones stop working for everyone else.
- Share the new link with the people who should keep access — see Share your project.
