RSVP deadline and who can answer
Close the RSVP form on a date, show it only to invited guests, and lock their links.
All of this is in the RSVP block’s Configuration on your website (RSVP settings).

Close replies on a date
Use Set a cut-off date for the RSVP form and pick the date. Guests can reply until the end of the day before; from that date the form disappears from the website and no longer accepts replies. The exact deadline is shown under the date, and each guest’s own time zone counts.
Only invited guests
Switch on Display RSVP form for website visitors who came only by individual invitation links.: the form is then shown only to visitors who came with a personal invitation link. Two more switches appear:
- Restrict invitation links to a single use — after a reply, the same link can’t be used to reply again.
- Do not allow guests to change their name in the invitation — the name filled in from the link can’t be changed.
Turning the first switch off turns these two off as well.
Hide the whole website
The RSVP settings only control the form. To ask for a password before anyone sees the website, use Add password protection in Basic settings (Premium).
Tips and important notes
- A personal link works for anyone who has it — a forwarded link lets someone else reply in the guest’s name.
- Many replies sent from the same internet connection in one day can be blocked for 24 hours as spam — keep that in mind when you test the form.
- How to send the personal links: Send personal invitation links.
