Set up your RSVP form
Edit the questions of the RSVP form on your website, add your own, and choose who can answer and until when.
The RSVP form is a block of your wedding website. It starts with the usual questions — name, attendance, dietary restrictions, a plus-one and comments — and you can change all of them right on the page.
Step by step
Step 1Find the form
Open Website, make sure Edit is on, and scroll down to the RSVP block.
Step 2Edit a question
Click a question’s text or an answer to change it. The bar under each question sets how it works:
- Connect field — where the answer is saved in the guest list, for example the RSVP status, the main course or one of your own fields.
- Visible for everyone — who sees the question: everyone, or (with Premium) only selected guests who come with their personal link.
- The other icons make the answer required, show the question only after a certain answer to another one, or delete it.
Step 3Add your own question
Under the form, click Add question or input field and choose Question (answers to choose from), Input field (one line) or Multiline text.

Step 4Choose who can answer and until when
Click Configuration on the RSVP block to open RSVP settings:
- Set a cut-off date for the RSVP form — after this date the form is no longer shown.
- Display RSVP form for website visitors who came only by individual invitation links. — when on, only guests who come with their personal link see the form. Two more options then appear: Restrict invitation links to a single use and Do not allow guests to change their name in the invitation.
- Trigger a confetti animation after an RSVP is submitted — a little celebration after a guest replies (shown on the live site with Premium).
- Published — hides or shows the whole form.

Tips and important notes
- RSVP settings has a link to a detailed guide with examples — a rehearsal dinner, a second day, questions for selected guests.
- Keep the attendance question connected to the RSVP status — that is what updates your guest list when you apply a response.
- Open your website with one guest’s personal link (Open new tab in Invitation links) to see the form exactly as that guest will.
