Free plan limits for seating charts
Up to 5 tables per chart and 3 rows of chairs on a reception chart for free — what happens when you need more.
The seating chart editor is free to use. On the free plan each chart has a few limits; Premium removes them for the project.
- Up to 5 tables with seats per chart — reception and ceremony alike.
- Up to 3 rows of chairs on a reception chart. A ceremony chart can have as many rows as you like.
- One reception chart and one ceremony chart. A second chart of the same kind and copies of charts need Premium.
- No PDF download of the chart and the stationery; the preview gets a “Draft” mark once 10 or more guests are seated.
Buffet tables, the dance floor, signs and other decor don’t count as tables.
When you reach a limit
Adding a sixth table or a fourth row of chairs opens the Premium window instead. Everything already on the chart stays as it is and remains editable.

Tips and important notes
- The example reception chart already has 4 tables and 1 row of chairs, so you can add one more table and two rows.
- Premium is a one-time payment for the project — see Buy Premium.
