Everyone with the link works in the same project at the same time and sees each other’s changes instantly.
A project is shared, not copied: you, your partner, your family and your planner all work in the same project. There is nothing to save or refresh.
Changes appear for everyone at once
When someone adds a guest, renames a table or ticks off a task, the change shows up on everyone’s screen within seconds — without reloading the page.
See who is in the project
The pictures of the people who are in the project right now appear at the top of the page, next to the round button with a plus sign. Point at a picture to see the person’s name and whether they have full access or can only view.
Someone who uses the site without an account appears without a name. Sign in so the others can see who you are.
Invite someone
Send them the project’s link — see Share your project.
Tips and important notes
- The project’s title in the menu shows the couple’s names as you type them for the bride and groom in the Guest List.
- People with a view-only link see every change too, but cannot change anything.
