Keep several checklists
Add up to 4 checklists to a project — a standard one, an empty one or a copy.
A project can have up to 4 checklists — for example one for the couple and one for the planner, or one per event.
Step by step
Step 1Add a checklist
Open Settings on the checklist page and click Add one more checklist. In Add new checklist choose Standard wedding checklist (ready-made tasks), Empty checklist or Copy an existing checklist.
Step 2Switch between them
With more than one checklist, they appear as cards at the top of the page, with a + card to add another. Click a card to open that checklist.
Step 3Name it
In Settings, type a Checklist name.
Tips and important notes
- An empty checklist asks When should this task happen? for its first task, then shows that group.
- A checklist is deleted from its Settings; the last one cannot be deleted.
