The AI turns your chart into an illustration — a large PNG you can print at A1 at a print shop. It is in beta, needs Premium and uses 1 AI credit per poster.
Step by step
Step 1Finish the chart first
Every attempt uses a credit, so make the poster when everyone is seated and the room is final.
Step 2Open the export window
Click Download PDF file under the chart’s preview or in File, and scroll to Turn your seating chart, as a piece of art.
Step 3Choose the style
Choose character style — people, animals, flowers, forest or winter spirits, 1920s Gatsby, sea creatures or mafia. Choose the look — Beautiful scene or Accurate map. Choose the AI model — OpenAI or Grok.
Step 4Generate
Click Generate final render. The poster appears under Render result and goes through a few steps; it usually takes about 3 minutes. When it is ready, use Download PNG or Download PDF.
Tips and important notes
- One poster is made at a time — wait for the current one before starting the next.
- Premium includes 5 credits; buy more with Top up. A failed render gives its credit back — see AI credits.
