What is Planning.Wedding?
A free planning space for couples and wedding planners, and a directory of wedding businesses.
Planning.Wedding brings the tools for planning a wedding together in one place. You keep everything in a project: the guest list, RSVPs, a wedding website, the seating chart and printable stationery, a checklist, a budget, an itinerary, venues, vendors, notes and the photos of your day.
A project can be shared with your partner, your family or your wedding planner. Everyone works in it at the same time and sees changes as they happen.

- Couples planning their own wedding.
- Wedding planners who run several weddings at once and reuse their own templates.
- Anyone planning another event — a birthday, an anniversary, a baby shower, a corporate event and more.
- Wedding businesses — vendors and venues can list a business profile so couples can find them.
What it costs
The planning tools are free. Premium is an optional one-time payment per project that unlocks extras such as print-ready PDF files of the seating chart and stationery. Business profiles are a monthly subscription. See Free vs Premium.
