Download your seating chart as a PDF
Get the print-ready PDF of your chart for the venue, the caterer and the poster at the entrance.
The final PDF has every guest’s seat, meal and dietary needs for your venue and caterer, and a page with the seating plan in vector format that prints sharply at any size, up to an A1 poster.
Before you start
- Premium for the project — downloading the seating chart’s PDF is a Premium feature (see What is free and what Premium adds).
Step by step
Step 1Choose what goes into the file
Under the chart’s preview, click Export settings and tick the parts you need: the summary, the seated, catering and empty layouts, each table on its own page, the seated and confirmed guest lists, dietary needs.
Step 2Download it
Click Download PDF file, then, in Choose export type, Download PDF file under Get final PDF. A link there downloads an example so you can see what you get.
Tips and important notes
- The same window can turn your chart into an AI-illustrated poster (beta) — it uses AI credits (Top up, Generate final render).
- Without Premium you can keep editing and previewing the chart; once 10 or more guests are seated, the preview carries a “Draft” mark.
- A ceremony chart’s PDF contains the seated layout.
